Parkview Village, opened in 2009, provides a quality living environment, with services and programs for older adults choosing to live in a Christian setting.

Parkview's long-term goal is to provide independent living duplexes and catered living services. At the present, a 44 unit apartment complex, totaling 38,000.00 square feet, has been completed and has several apartments available. Independent Living Duplex units can be built anytime at the request of the future residents.

The vision of Parkview Village is to be the provider of choice for long term care needs in Daviess County and surrounding counties. We will offer care at fair prices and without any preferential treatment of persons based on religious affiliation, race or nationality.

Parkview Village provides personal and medical services including CPR and First Aid Certified Staff available at our facility 24hrs/day!

Michelle Swartzentruber, RN , Wellness Director, and all our Wellness Dept. will be happy to assist you in the planning of your healthcare requirements.

More Than An Apartment

At Parkview Village, we offer a wide variety. You have the opportunity to both make new friends, and visit with old friends, enjoy a home-cooked meal in our dining hall, attend church services in our newly built chapel and visit the beauty and barber shop, all without leaving the building. We also a wide variety of both on and off site activities such as recreational and educational programs, or if you are so inclined, you can simply rest and enjoy the beautiful and quiet country of Odon, Indiana.
